Maine Seeks to Recapture Clam Population
Residents of Beal Island, Maine, are setting up clam farms. They hope to restore the area's once-plentiful clam population. Maine's harvest of soft shell clams is down by more than 50 percent. Susan Chisholm of Maine Public Radio reports.
