Baseball Players Test Positive for Steroids

Major League Baseball says as many as seven percent of its players test positive for steroid use. The results come after the MLB and the Major League Baseball Players Association conducted anonymous drug tests of more than 1,400 players. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
