New Book Takes Fictional Look at Pompeii
NPR's Linda Wertheimer speaks with novelist Robert Harris about his new novel Pompeii, a fictional account of the people of that famous town just before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The main character is an engineer working on a major aqueduct in the region.
