Schwarzenegger Sworn In as Governor

Arnold Schwarzenegger is sworn in Monday, becoming the 38th governor of California -- and the first to win the job in a recall election. The new governor is expected to call a special session of the state government on Tuesday to deal with the state's continuing financial crisis and other issues. Hear NPR's Ina Jaffe.
