Congress Faces Busy Final Week

Republican leaders in the Congress have put together tentative agreements that they say would invigorate the nation's energy system and add a prescription drug benefit for seniors on Medicare. But will either agreement stand the stresses on the House and Senate floor this week? NPR's David Welna reports.
