The French government holds an emergency cabinet meeting Monday to discuss ways of defusing anti-Semitism in the country after an arson attack on a Jewish boys' school in Paris. France is home to Europe's largest Jewish population — and the most Muslims of any European nation. NPR's Nick Spicer reports.
