Secretary of State Colin Powell meets with European foreign ministers in Brussels Tuesday in an effort to drum up support for U.S. policies in the Middle East. Powell accuses Iran of violating the global pact against atomic weapons by hiding its nuclear program from international scrutiny for nearly two decades. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
