President Bush concludes the first day of a state visit to the United Kingdom, making stops at Buckingham Palace and the U.S. embassy. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip greet the president and Laura Bush at Buckingham palace. The president visits Whitehall Palace to deliver a speech defending his foreign policy to members of a military think tank. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
