Michael Jackson Faces Arrest on Molestation Charges

Michael Jackson is expected to turn himself in to authorities in California Thursday. A warrant was issued for his arrest on multiple counts of child molestation involving a single alleged victim. Jackson's spokesman calls the charges "scurrilous and totally unfounded." NPR's Renee Montagne speaks with Maureen Orth of Vanity Fair.
