Miami Trade Talks Conclude with Deal Outline

Ministers from 34 countries across the Western Hemisphere conclude talks to create a Free Trade Area of the Americas. Officials agree to the outlines of a deal, but the document avoids detail on contentious issues such as tariffs on agricultural products. Hear NPR's Phillip Davis.
