NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Providence Journal reporter Paul Grimaldi about the first-ever National Bread Summit, held in Rhode Island Friday. The 35 million Americans on the Atkins diet have put a dent in the profits of bread bakers and sellers, and the industry is trying to figure out a way to lure consumers back.
