House Republicans narrowly win passage of a Medicare bill that includes a prescription drug benefit for millions of senior citizens. The Senate begins debate on the bill Saturday. But the political manuevers that led to Saturday's pre-dawn roll call vote in the House raise questions from opponents. Hear NPR's Andrea Seabrook.
