Republicans Seek New Vote on Energy Bill

Republicans in Congress say they will try to revive a major energy bill that has stalled on Capitol Hill. Sen. Bill Frist (R-TN), the majority leader, promises at least one more vote on the measure in coming days. NPR's David Welna reports.
