U.S. Warship Concludes Friendly Visit to Vietnam

The USS Vandegrift winds up a three-day port call in Ho Chi Minh City, the first visit by an American warship to the former Saigon since the end of the Vietnam War. Dignitaries hailed the event as a sign of strengthening U.S.-Vietnamese ties. NPR's Michael Sullivan reports.
