Iraq Faces Winter Energy Crisis

Iraqi officials warn that the approach of winter could bring a new energy crisis to the country. Power stations aren't generating enough electricity to meet increased winter power demands, and the oil ministry says there's not enough fuel to heat homes. Hear NPR's Ivan Watson.
