Pro-Democracy Party Makes Gains in Hong Kong

Hong Kong's pro-Beijing administration suffers a major defeat in Sunday's local elections. The opposition Democratic Party wins more than 90 district council seats, while the pro-government party takes 62 seats. The outcome sets the stage for a battle over the territory's legislative council elections next year. Katharine Schlatter reports.
