Illinois Housing Project Could Lose Federal Funds

Citing intolerable living conditions, officials in Joliet, Ill., ask the federal government to stop subsidizing a privately owned, low-income housing project in the city. The owners of Evergreen Terrace say they've applied for federal funds to improve the property. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
