Congress Battles Over Medicare, Energy Bills

At the end of last week, Senate opponents blocked Congress from putting the final touches on the controversial energy bill. Meanwhile, a $400-billion Medicare reform and prescription proposal seemed to grab the most attention over the weekend, with both houses of Congress looking for a resolution. NPR's Tavis Smiley discusses the battle in Congress with Sen. Bill Frist (R-TN) and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA).
