Bush Signs $401 Billion Defense Bill

President Bush signs a bill providing a record $401 billion for military spending in the coming year. Bush calls the bill a symbol of the U.S. commitment to fight the war on terror, saying "the stakes for our country could not be higher. " Hear NPR's Don Gonyea.
