Boycott Stalls Planned Parenthood Clinic

A boycott by building contractors has virtually stopped construction of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Austin, Texas. An anti-abortion activist initiated the boycott because of the clinic's plan to provide abortions, along with other medical services. NPR's John Burnett reports.
