U.S. Drops Sanctions Demands for Iran

The United States accedes to European desires not to seek sanctions against Iran. The International Atomic Energy Agency, meeting in Vienna, admonishes Iran for conducting secret research into nuclear weapons, but will not refer the case to the U.N. Security Council for possible sanctions, as the U.S. had once demanded. NPR's Mike Shuster reports.
