India, Pakistan Begin Cease-Fire

A cease-fire between India and Pakistan along three of their borders went into effect at midnight Tuesday -- the first such truce in 14 years. Under the agreement, the two countries will halt the daily exchange of fire along the line of control in the disputed Kashmir region. Hear NPR's Michael Sullivan.
