Gephardt Touts Growth, Universal Health Care Plans

Democratic presidential hopeful Richard Gephardt pounded the campaign trail with a stop yesterday in Detroit, Mich. There, he affirmed his commitment to increasing economic development and universal health coverage for people of color in urban communities. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks with Gephardt about details of the plan.
