A new HIV test provides results in about 20 minutes, and is being used in physicians' offices and HIV counseling centers. Commentator Michael Alvear recently tried the new test, which replaces one that often took 2 weeks to deliver results. Alvear lives in Atlanta, and he is the author of the book Men Are Pigs, but We Love Bacon.
