Biden, Brownback Agree on Iraq Partition
Republican Sen. Sam Brownback and Democratic Sen. Joe Biden are both running for president, and they both agree that Iraq needs to be partitioned in order to find a semblance of peace and security — and to allow U.S. troops to come home.
