Legality of Arrests in Iraq Fugitive Hunt Questioned

Two female relatives of Izzat Ibrahim al-Douri are arrested this week by U.S. troops. After Saddam Hussein, al-Douri is the most wanted man in Iraq. NPR's Renee Montagne talks with law professor Alan Dershowitz about the legality of arresting innocent family members of fugitives or terrorists.
