Seven Spanish Soldiers Killed in Iraq

Seven Spanish soldiers believed to be attached to an intelligence unit are killed in an ambush in southern Iraq. The attack near Najaf occurred hours after the commander of U.S. forces in Iraq said attacks on American troops were abating. NPR's Steve Inskeep talks to NPR's Peter Kenyon.
