U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan meets with, among others, the permanent members of the Security Council and representatives of the six countries bordering Iraq. The main topic of discussion is expected to be the level of U.N. involvement in Iraq, where several of the organization's members were killed in an August car bombing. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
