Calls Rise for Cincinnati's Police Chief to Resign

Black activists in Cincinnati are demanding that the city's police chief resign after a black man died in a fight with officers. The mayor has said that he sees no reason for Police Chief Thomas Streicher to step down. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks to Chief Streicher about the incident. We get an update first from Gregory Korte, reporter with the Cincinnati Enquirer. Smiley also talks with Scotty Johnson, president of the Sentinel Police Association, which represents black officers in the police department.
