House to Vote on Massive Spending Bill

The House of Representatives is expected to vote Monday on an appropriations bill of unprecedented size. It wraps together seven of the 13 normal spending bills that fund the federal government. But the bill also is laden with hundreds of specific provisions for relatively small items that add up. NPR's Andrea Seabrook reports.
