Northern Uganda Wracked by Long Civil War

The 17-year-long civil war in northern Uganda has brought daily life to a standstill. The rebel Lord's Resistance Army has abducted thousands of children. Residents live in constant terror of the guerrillas. NPR's Jason Beaubien reports.
