In New York City, a spirited dialogue is raging over what will be built on the 16 acres once occupied by the World Trade Center before the deadly terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Recently, eight finalists in the competition for a 4.5 acre memorial within the site were released. But the agency overseeing redevelopment of the land acknowledges that negotiations over what will actually be constructed there are far from over. Allison Keyes reports.
