Muslim Headscarf Dilemma Troubles French

France's secular tradition is challenged by Muslim women insisting on wearing headscarves in schools and public places. The country believes strongly in separating church and state, and the wearing of headscarves in schools is considered a form of proselytizing. NPR's Nick Spicer reports.
