House to Vote on Major Spending Measures

The House of Representatives votes Monday on an omnibus bill that provides funding for most federal programs. One of the bill's controversial provisions has strong support from the National Rifle Association. It would destroy the records of gun purchasers 24 hours after sale of a weapon. NPR's David Welna reports.
