High Court Hears Texas Death Penalty Case

The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments today in a death penalty case from Texas. Justices will consider whether the conviction and sentencing of Delma Banks were tainted by errors. Banks was convicted of killing a 16-year-old boy, but there are many questions about how his defense was handled. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
