N.H., Boston to Buy Canadian Drugs

The city of Boston and the state of New Hampshire announce plans to buy prescription drugs from Canada, where medicines are far less expensive. Although the action would be against the law, local officials say they have no other choice. NPR's Chris Arnold reports.
