Sometimes something so wrong feels so right. Mona Shaw, 75, had that feeling recently. When she got tired of waiting for Comcast to fix her cable, phone and Internet service, she went to their office with a hammer and smashed their computers and phones. The satisfied Mrs. Shaw talks to Madeleine Brand about what drove her to such drastic measures.
