Boeing Pins Hopes on New Jet

Boeing takes a major step toward launching a new airliner, as it begins to market its mid-sized 7E7. The success of the new plane is vital to Boeing, which has lost its title as the biggest seller of commercial aircraft to Europe's Airbus. Several of the Chicago-based company's proposed military contracts are also being investigated by the Pentagon. Hear NPR's Wendy Kaufman.
