Retired General and Democratic presidential hopeful Wesley Clark ends two days of closed testimony at the war crimes trial of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic at the Hague. Clark was cross-examined by the former Serbian strongman himself, later saying that Milosevic was the same argumentative and stubborn man he faced during the Balkan wars. Hear NPR's Nick Spicer.
