Dallas Police Still Reeling from Fake Drug Busts

NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports that a Dallas police scandal has only grown wider with the acquittal in federal court of the only officer charged so far. The case involves billiard chalk used to frame Mexican immigrants on cocaine busts. The Dallas County District Attorney has appointed a special investigator to consider bringing state charges.
