The National Football League fines New Orleans Saints wide-receiver Joe Horn $30,000 for pretending to use a cell phone in the end zone as part of a touchdown celebration during a game Sunday night. The incident has generated a tremendous amount of publicity and passionate debate. NPR's Tom Goldman reports.
