New York Gov. George Pataki and mayor Michael Bloomberg unveil the design of the so-called Freedom Tower. The new building at the site of the World Trade Center would be 1,776 feet high — the world's tallest. The design has been the subject of much debate. Hear Andrea Bernstein of member station WNYC.
