Libya Agrees to Abandon Weapons Programs

Libya says it will disband a program to develop weapons of mass destruction that included chemical weapons and nuclear ambitions. The announcement was made yesterday after nine months of secret negotiations between Libya, Britain and the United States. NPR's Mike Shuster reports.
