Major League Baseball's Boston Red Sox and the Colorado Rockies are set to meet in Boston in the first game of the World Series. The Red Sox are fresh off a dramatic comeback in the American League Championship Series, routing the Cleveland Indians. The Rockies, making their first appearance in a World Series, come into the game riding one of the most improbable hot streaks in baseball history. But they have had a long layoff waiting for their American League opponent.
