Poultry industry innovator Henry Saglio has died at age 92. Saglio revolutionized the chicken industry in the 1940s by breeding a white feathered, big-breasted chicken that matured quickly and produced many eggs. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Dr. Paul Aho, who worked with Saglio.
