NPR's Bob Edwards talks with writer Richard Bausch about his latest compilation of short stories. Bausch is the author of nine novels, and his stories have appeared in The New Yorker and The Atlantic Monthly. Much of his dialogue sounds as if he took careful notes while eavesdropping on people's conversations.
