Former Illinois Governor Pleads 'Not Guilty'

Former Illinois Gov. George Ryan pleads not guilty to 22 criminal counts, including racketeering and conspiracy charges. Prosecutors say Ryan used public office to enrich himself, his family and associates. Ryan is best known for placing a moratorium on capital punishment in Illinois and emptying the state's death row. NPR's David Schaper reports.
