Study: Misconceptions About Flu Abound

A new survey from the Harvard School of Public Health finds a large number of Americans are misinformed about the flu. Many of those surveyed underestimated the dangers associated with getting the flu; 29 percent mistakenly thought flu vaccinations could bring on the illness. Hear NPR's Richard Knox.
