Countering the Holiday Blues

The holiday season is viewed as a time for joy, celebration and cozy family gatherings. Between family obligations and botched travel plans, even those who are usually cheerful might be hit hard by the holiday blues. NPR's Tony Cox talks about maintaining mental well-being during this season with family psychologist Brenda Wade and Dr. Curley Bonds is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles Neuropsychiatric Institute.
