The United States and Russia are cooperating on a number of international issues but U.S. officials are increasingly concerned about some of President Vladimir Putin's domestic and regional actions. This week, Deputy U.S. Secretary of State Richard Armitage called the U.S. relationship "a bit troubled." NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
